Little things

2013 has been a year of complexity, beauty, and change. Luckily, I've been surrounded by love from family and friends at every little turn. I saw the world, met new peeps, found new interests while indulging in the goodness of food, music, and nature... and also just basked in the random and mundane stuff. Life is absolutely amazing and one goal I've accomplished this year is living in the moment as much as possible- no past, no future- just the now. Just looking back at a few moments from a year well-lived…

Brought in the year on a dance floor in Vancouver with my lovelies!
Dad's visit for 5 weeks to take care of little ol' me
Spontaneous snow fight with our teenagers in St. Petersburg

Lots of good reading and writing in trains, on beaches, benches, in my bed
Most pristine, romantic beach in Bali
Old friends reuniting in Singapore
Stuck in Serbia at the world's creepiest hotel, just me and Colbert
Wandering each island of Croatia by foot
Coffee and convo in Seattle, my favorites
Pouring a proper beer, my newest skill
Found items in strange places
My girls in one of the most beautiful places in Ireland
Friends at the crazy Zuri Street Parade
One last scenic drive with my beautiful Grammie
From CA to CH… frequenting playgrounds on our journey
Callier Chocolate Factory's reassurance of why chocolate is good for me
Holding hands in Zurich xxoo
Hot drinky drinks at the biggest Swiss Christmas Market

Celebrating my lady friends as we each embark on various new adventures
and the thousands upon thousands of unique, special, and memorable moments not even touched upon here. What a great great year...
